Kudos will be provided to you monthly with Clearly Kids news, upcoming events, policies, procedures and an "Ad Corner" in February, where you can advertise your business, hobby, talent or craft.Welcome Back:
Our staff is dedicated to providing a positive early learning experience that will provide a good foundation for all learning. It is our desire to share Gods' love with your child and encourage them to reach beyond their imagination. Like any good structure, a firm foundation is key to the overall strength of a building. The same is true of your child's early learning experience. What an exciting opportunity we have to provide your child with these foundational skills, which will be built upon in the years to follow. Speech/language, hearing and vision screenings will be conducted at Clearly Kids on Wednesday and Thursday, September 19th and 20th. These screenings are not a complete evaluation, but will help to identify communication, hearing or vision problems needing further evaluation. Individual screenings are $15.00, any two for $18.00, or all three for $20.00. The screenings are optional, but participation is strongly recommended. Return your completed form and payment to the school by the screening date. Results of the screenings will be sent home with your child. Please make checks payable to OTM Speech and include your child's name on the check.A Thousand Words Photography:
Jill Amey with A Thousands Words Photography will be at Clearly Kids the week of September the 24th. Watch for a class schedule next week.Car-Line Procedures:
Please review the following procedures on how to make the car-pool line more safe and efficient. It is for your convenience and your child's safety that we have car-line policies. Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.- We will unload and load your child from the driver's side of the vehicle. If the child's car seat is positioned on the passenger side, we will load your child from the driver's side, then you may proceed to a parking spot to properly buckle your child in before exiting the campus. Car-pool parents: Please have the youngest child's car seat on the driver's side.
- 3K and 5K Parents: Please make sure you are following the car-line map and not breaking in front of waiting parents. 5K does not load until 2:00 p.m. 3K students load at the front entrance until 2:00 p.m. Please do not get into the car line prior to 2:00 p.m.
- Have your child ready to exit the vehicle upon approach- with their coat on, backpack on, DVDs off, headphones off, etc.
- Please be courteous to the other parents by being attentive. Cell phones are a distraction and in many cases cause the line to back up because of those who are not paying attention to what's going on around them. Please be considerate.
- To help get ready for public school, 4K and 5K students will start buckling themselves in after December.
